No. PackLlama is an inventory system for resellers wherever they sell. Paid plans add supported eBay connection and listing workflows.

Is the Free account just a trial?+

No. Free is a real, fully functional registered account. It requires an email address and includes useful inventory, organization, location, and web tools with reasonable limits.

Can I try the app without signing up?+

Yes. The mobile trial app lets you explore the basic workflow with a limited number of locally stored items. It is separate from the Free cloud account.

What kinds of inventory can I manage?+

Can PackLlama automatically identify every item?+

No system gets every item right. Photos, barcode scans, and product lookups can speed up entry, and you remain in control of the record.
